Arrow TII 6k hesitation and slight loss of power?

I have a S4TII just installed a FD fuel pump,720 secondarys and a Rtek 1.7, I have a 2.5 turbo back exhaust. since installing them the car doesnt seem to pull as hard and has some hesitation in first between 6kRPMs untill I shift. 2nd and 3rd its boosting at 10PSI but takes a sec to get there. any sugestions?
Thanks

It wouldnt let me edit.
the vac line from the switching actuator goes under the UIM, so its connected to vacume but doesnt have the solenoid connected to it.

My suggestion is to find a buddy wiht a wideband and see what your AFR's are first!!!!!!

FD pump will usually make the car run rich.. which could cause hesitation and loss of power...

Not familiar with R-Tek.. But you need to see whats goin on with the AFR....

If the AFR's get below 11, especially at ten lbs or less.. the car will lose power and bog.

If you have the stock turbo.. taken a second to get to 10 PSI isn't a big deal.. But if the car is running rich, that can increase turbo lag as the engine gets loaded up.

Change your spark plugs if you haven't yet this year!!!!

sounds like an ignition system misfire, watch the spark plug wires on a really dark night for arching, or just change them.

I just drove again and watched alot closer and it seems to take alot longer to get to full boost witch was only 9psi(but I think its cause of the 95 degree florida heat) but it doesnt reach full boost till 6,000 RPMs in second and third. It boosts to 5PSI quickly almost as soon as the turbo kicks in and then it slows down.
