Tightning torque?

Tightning torque?
I was wondering what you guys tighten a aftermarket flywheel to counterweight bolts to? I looked in the FSM and for the automatic driveplate it says 32-45ft lb. Should i just do that? And does it matter which way you put it on in terms of balance? Im installing a act prolite FYI.

i just did a fidanza and the fidanza instructions didn't specify, so i went with 45 ft lbs per the FSM
yes, the orientation matters, but if you check the counterweight you'll notice its notched and the hole is tapered. in other words, it will fit on the motor in only one specific orientation. that also governs which side faces the flywheel.
