TID problems

I made that custom TID , I notice a huge gain in throttle response. But....I have been through three 2"-3" adapters that connect to the turbo end because they keep melting and ripping then i get a major *** vaccum leak. Any tricks to solve this problem if anyone else is having it??? Thanks for the help.
