tid pipe question

Would a 3 inch id aluminum pipe with an 8 inch leg/ 4 inch radius work as piping for the tid mod (meaning the pipe can be used as it is without cutting)? It's the pipe from road race engineering under aluminum pipes http://www.roadraceengineering.com/mandrelbends.htm
I will also be using an hks megaflow intake so size and fitment of all the parts will be an issue due to the size and shape of the filter.
