throttlebody gasket?

Year 87
Model: turbo II
Specifics: all stock

is there a gasket between the throttlebody and the plenum or is it just that giant spacer?

if now gasket is the spacer reusable as is or should i use a litte RTV to get it to seal up properly?

Page F1-35 in the FSM...no gaskets, no mention of sealant during assembly.

That spacer is actually a bit hollow and routes vacuum ports on the manifold,so If you decide to "do away" with it,you are jeopardizing some ports. They may not see vacuum(or whatever).
and +3..no gasket.
