Which throttle cable should I use?

I'm putting an FD intake manifold/TB on my S5 TII motor and need to know which cable fits best, FD, TII, or S5 N/A. I've already heard a couple of different answers, so I'd like to hear from people that have done this already.

I also need to know which block-off plates to buy-some FC and some FD to be sure, but I want the car to idle a little high when first started, but not as fast as teh stupid AWS does .

Help!

Yeah, I read that thread before posting. His cruise didn't work after the swap, and I'd rather find the one that fits best to keep bracket bending to a minimum, lol.

I've heard both FD and S5 N/A so methinks I'll be buying one of each before it's all said and done .

I've also got a TII OMP block-off and an FD BAC valve block-off. If I want the idle to come up a bit after starting cold I might need that valve though?

This is definitely a much harder swap than putting an FC intake/TB on my 13b FB was...
