throttle cable ques and vac line

throttle cable ques and vac line

Need help identifing what the black rubber piece on the throttle cable is. And also theres a vac line by my ps pump what does it go to?

Also I thought the ecu ground should be in this area


the nut slightly to the right n up in the last pic.

That nut im refering to does not have any wires hooked up to it. On my other s4 it does. So could it go to any other bolt on top the engine, as the previous builder mayt have relocated it. Also is that ground wire built into the engine wire harness like it looks in that pic from the link.

The wire to the left of the wire crossing the acv block off plate goes from the fender to the block. Would this serve as a suficent ecu ground?

The factory ECU ground is built into the Emission harness.
