Throttle cable is fraying....

Is there any known way to use an N/A throttle cable on a turbo motor?

you should be able to create one. if you havent noticed, throttle cables have an uncanny resemblance to higher end bicycle brake cables. and those are REALLY long and can be cut to size. A brake like by Odyssey with a spare Knarp (or ball end) and you could make your own cable, im pretty sure its possible

Yeah I know about the length difference.

And I wasn't sure about the bike cable route, in terms of reliability.

well, i used to BMX sreet mostly, i put alot of clamping force on those brake cables, way more than opening a htrottle would ever do, and i never had any serious issues. only itmes i rayed cables was form constantly removing them and ajusting things, which i did quite often b/c i was pretty **** about having the thing run right. and getting the brakes to lock with less pressure was no easy task
