when i get on the throttle, i get a huge hesitation, it'll rise up to atmospheric pressure but it'll kinda cut on the way up, then when it hits boost, it'll do the same.

I recently installed my 3" downpipe/midpipe, and reused the gasket at the turbo. Gasket looks really worn, was hard, stuck to turbo, and cracked in places. I can see smoke coming out if i rev it and its cold.

Then later i took off my intake to mess around a bit. When i tried to put the intake back on, i now get this hesitation. I just went back around and tightened teh IC hoses as much as i could with a rachet.

Engine idles, but leaks boost if i just try to keep it steady at x boost level

 

my big hesitation issues came from a sticky AFM.
my hesitation was when i would get in mine as well
