i don't know if you absolutely have to or not, but let's face it, you talking about a 15 year old car. I'd be inclined to replace any gasket just to be on the safe side, and most arn't that expensive

Just make your own gaskets from the sheets at Autozone, no one ever has the one you need in stock when you need it anyway.
I just did this with my UIM, you place the gasket on the flat part and tap it with a hammer all around and it makes the lines for you. Then just razor knife out the edges and holes, easy as 3.14

There is no TB gasket. Just make sure you replace the plastic spacer between the TB and UIM in the correct direction. Take note of its direction before removing it.

you can get all the gaskets you need from www.mazdatrix.com thats where i just ordered all the intake manifold gaskets for my car from
