The slight annoyance of having to warm it up for a minute or so isnt a big deal to me. after the minute or two it idles fine... but since my car is a freak... an 89 thats half s4 half s5 everything not essential to the operation of the engine was removed...

Yea! It took so long to start my engine when it was around 32F. I'm putting my thermowax and stock throttle body back on asap.

If ur motor is hard to start, it has nothing to do with ur thermowax or tb. Mine would start in -20f or even colder w/o any problem...full tb mod/ported, no emissions.

Do you still use the BAC?

I didn't have it and at the time the car was my daily driver. Engine was a stock rebuild, ported tb, no emissions or accessories, header to single 2.5in, 9lb flywheel/6puck unsprung clutch, safc2. Loved that car. Now I'm in the process of building a full bp itb monster.

Well thanks for the input.

I respect advice from experience, but it is warm year round here and the car is far from a daily driver so I'm going to give it a whirl. It's all bagged and labeled just in case it does cause and issue and needs to be reinstalled.
