Jason, thats perfect!! thank you!! i'll be going to home depot to get the stuff to make that!! what are the o.d. sizes that you used for the pvc to intercooler hose?

in the first picture of the throttle body mine was the same and all i did was turn that little screw until i heard it hold idle by itself and then i set it to 750 rpm and it han't moved since

The pipework used was all 50mm nominal diameter. I just measured the two stock rubber elbows (which don't have the same ID) and then checked all the standard PVC pipes and fittings to find matches. The short piece at the inlet is a plain piece of pipe, but the short piece at the outlet is the swaged joint you get on the end of every length of PVC pipe.

Unhook the throttle cable from the TB, to eliminate the cable as the cause.

Also, at the back of the TB, the yellowed plastic attached to the water thermowax has an empty vacuum nipple. This component is most likely the (let me check the FSM for the names) water thermo valve for the double throttle diaphragm (the secondary butterflies closer to the turbo outlet). One vacuum hose should go to a check valve and then a diaphragm (which delays the secondary throttle butterflies just a little). The other should go to a vacuum source, which you may have open and causing a vacuum leak (even though you checked).
