I have a spare n/a tb that's litterally just a paperweight. And I have a t2 tb that's waiting to get put in if I get get the money for a t2 motor to rebuild. I know I won't be doing any of this crap to it now lol. Glad I asked. Good info.

People who complain about the tb mod either did it wrong, or can't drive. Period.
Removing the bac is not part of the tb mod. Removing the thermowax is not a (mandatory) part of the tb mod. Doing these things are what causes 99% of complaints and they simply aren't necessary and offer zero benifit.
