throttle body gasket

i need the small, rubber band looking gasket that goes on the intake side of the TB... anyone got a part # for the mazda part? (i dont understand the part # list pdf )

also, what is the white stuff that holds it in the groove? when i took it out, there were a couple of spots of white crud holding it in, and i had this same stuff (in the same spots) on my old TB, what should i use for that?

estimeated price on gasket too?

p.s. i bought a throttle body from banzai racing, $45 shipped, and both the diaphragm and the dashpot seals are good! they work! ive never seen a working diaphragm on one of our tb's i wonder how this will work when i get it in.

also, is the TB mod worth it on an n/a? (ported) if not i wont bother.

[s5 na (1989 gtu) btw]

The FD guys get their throttle body o-rings from mcmaster carr but they arent the same size as FC. Maybe someone here knows what size FC is though.

For future reference, the parts catalogues are available to download for free.

Mine leaked due to how closely I cut my ports when the TB was ported and polished. I used some permatex "RTV". I squeezed the tube over the grove letting it build past it just a tiny bit all the way around. Push it into place whipe off any excess works perfectly.
