Thoughts on Greddy TD07-25g

I know that RE Amemiya has this kit on his FC but I rarely see anyone run it. Is it capable of mass amounts of horsepower? How about spool up time? I would just like to know more details on this turbo since I am seriously considering purchasing it. Any input on this setup or turbo is welcome.
