Thottle body porting questions.

Since i think the 2ndary thorttle plates are sticking i have to take the TB off to clean it. i thought about porting it out. could it be done in an day and where could i find a good write up.

or any good shops that will do it? car is 1000 miles away. trying to get it fixed so i can bring it down to me on the naval base
