I don't know which water pump housing to use (13B-RE or s4 13BT). I would like to keep the 13B-RE alternator because I guess it is better than the s4 one. I would also like to keep the s4 waterpump housing to keep my stock rad hose.

But when I fit the 13B-RE alternator on the s4 water pump housing, the belt doesn't seem to line up perfectly. Someone knows why ? With pics it would be great.

What setup did you use guys ? I know there is a lot of people here who has done the swap.

The search button is your friend, find out who did and PM the people. You may get wildly incorrect responses from people that say they know what they are doing, and really have no clue. I wouldn't know, I'm not being a dick, but I would find out who did and PM them.

 

Yea I know about the search button. This is the person that has the most knowledge on the board . But you had a great idea. I will try it. I'm just surprised cause we see often threads about this swap here.
