I'd go for a setup with higher spring rates if I were to go to the track more often, but since I only go every 3 months or so and have to deal with San Francisco streets, this is a good comprimise.

what are you looking to do with your car drift or drag?
I run the eibach's with the tokico illumia's, seems to work for me.

I have Tein HE's, and yes camber plates and pillow ball mounts fo rrear were included. The HA's look like they have the same spring rates cept w/o the camber plates and pillowball mounts... I love these coilovers cept if I were to buy again I might wanna try the JIC FLT-2? (is that what they're called?). I hopefully will be able to get out to an autox next year to see how it does... too much down time this year

I just use the eibach with 5 way tockio's , when i drift i set the rear's on 5 (stiff) with some smaller (width wise) tires on the back and pump up the air pressure.
