Red face This'll be okay for like a week or so right?

Hey guys! I have been looking for am MOP block plate and I CANT FIND ONE! Curses! Anyway, I am axious to get my girl started and I did the plug the holes method in the MOP. Eventually this'll leak right? But as long as I get a plate soon it should be okay right?

Also, in plugging the check valve that is in the TID. What to get for that? In the meantime can I just turn around the valve so it "blocks" it?

Thanx!

why are you blocking off the MOP??? Is it broken??? or are you just trying to break the motor?

not opposed, just have seen too many people just rip **** off their cars instead of fixing it right, and then when they blow an engine or whatever 6 months from now they come back and say, "oh the rotary is too unreliable" and crap like that.

As far as my take on it, Few people have the ability to use premix properly. Most put way too much in, or way too little, both of which cause more problems than the MOP and oil lines ever will.

goodness.. JackAttack!
Well I am blocking if off because my MOP lines broke during the vac rac removal. And with all the premix discussion it seems to be better for the engine if you run 2 stoke in the gas. You scare me when you respond like that...

or you can just order new OMP lines for 15 bucks each and you won't ever have the headache of premixing

Yeah 1oz per gallon. I just pour some into the tank when i fill up. I've been doing this for about 5 months now and it's run great since. But remember you HAVE TO ADD PREMIX EVERYTIME YOU FILL UP!!! Otherwise you'll blow your engine.
