Thinking of selling my 90 TII
don't do it man.........KEEP IT!
you can actually take out student loans for this type of situation, if you can justify that the car is for transportation. Since the interest is really low on those it's actually cheaper than getting a new car.

Hm, you will NEVER recover the money you dump into a car when you go to sell it. I think 4 grand US for a tii with a blown motor is more than fair. Thats quite a bit of money to spend on a shell

The car is still for sale. I havent advertised this car anywhere else but here. I need a buyer by friday or Im building the motor and keeping it. I want 7,500 FIRM. I will even throw in these parts. Can someone host some pics for me?
You are no way going to get $7500 for that car with a blown engine
Band-aid the thing back together and sell it if you want top dollar.
It doesnt matter what parts are on the car, the engine is crap, and anyone who knows anything knows its not so simple as "dropping in a j-spec" for less then $1000, how many people have had success with j-specs running right off the shipping pallet??
If you can afford to sit on the car and wait for $7500, you can drop a j-spec in yourself and ask more for the car, even though you wont get it.
