Think it's the 02?

Okay, my rex had leaky injectors for a very long time, ran like crap sttutered, died you name it. Flooded at the drop of a hat, etc. I finally replaced the injectors with all new ones. Now this sucker is running pig rich ALL the time, exhuast smells like pure gasoline, worst of all it stutters anytime it's underload between 2500-3500, not just one stutter it'll feel like it's lost power for a second then it'll go then do it again. I replaced the plugs this morning, and they were NASTY not sure a few of them were firing so I blamed the stuttering on a miss fire. Driving it around today it was still stuttering just a little bit, but as the day went on it got worse, I figure from running so rich it just managed to clog them again.

Question is, with all this running rich, and still flooding from time to time on start-up even with my brand new injectors. Think my 02 is bad so the ECU is going full bore fuel all the time? It seems logical that all this time running around rich/flooding with those bad injectors that I could have just clogged the 02.

mods; K,N RB engine back.

edit: I've pretty much eliminated the chance of vacuum leaks. etc. Replaced them all and checked their routing while I had the UIM off for the injectors.

No, that's not how the O2 sensor is used. It is ignored during most driving conditions, and only used during light-load cruise. Start troubleshooting other more important sensors like the AFM and coolant thermosensor. Check your spark plug leads too; I cured a serious hesitation problem by replacing one lead.

I'm now possitive this thing is running way too rich, pulled out the plugs everyone of them has alot of black sludge that smells like gas on the, and they were new yesterday... grrrr... so, AFM, MAF, what else is associated?

Pull your codes. I have gotten lucky with this before, and it has flagged a failing sensor (more then likely your waterthermosensor has bit the dust)..
