I wouldn't reuse that housing.

The rotor is fine, you can just sand the rust off. Make sure none of the apex seal holders are compromised...

Housings are toast, sorry. Is the rotor dented from when the seal broke? If so, the groove that the seal sits in at the apex is probably damaged from when it decided to exit stage left. I would check those rotors closely.

housings = junk

rotors = good if the corner/side/apex seals do not bind and slide freely

if u can catch ur finger on anything, its bad pretty much. even though ppl say that the rotor is good, clean em first then inspect them again. if u still see groovings, make sure that the groovings look like letters, if not, id replace em. better safe than sorry right??
