which thermostat, relay for efan?

Ok, I have an efan setup now...but it's running through a manual switch which scares me because if my wife or anybody else needs to drive my car...i'm scared they'll forget to turn it on when needed. Anyway, doing some searching, and got lots of results about what fan to use. I really need to know what thermostat switch you guys are buying, and what size of relay. I think I read a 30A fuse was about right. Anyway, somebody point me to what thermostat and relay to pick up.

I personally used the Permacool install kit.

You really should have the thermostat and relay on hand before installing the electric fan.
