Thermo fan issues?

Thermo fan issues?

Alright i replaced my turbo recently which resulted in me having to ditch the clutch fan, i was running the std radiator with a fairly cheap 16" thermo fan. I hammered it up a hill climb on a fairly cold night and i saw water temps of 108 deg C and figured its time for that radiator to go. I just installed a brand new PWR 55mm core alloy radiatore with the SPAL thermo that pulls 3300 CFM, however the fans not working now. I just went for a drive to get the temps up and it hit 100 deg and the fan didnt turn on. The fan switch is wired to the ecu, all i did was replaced the plug on the new fan and hooked it up, what could be wrong here.

Problem solved already, the mechanic moved where i had mounted the relay and it had half popped out somehow. Shoulda checked this first but didn't think it would be an issues as the car worked fine last time i drove it
