Most places that stock NGK plugs should have them, otherwise just go to Mazda.

I just got brand new ngk plugs from http://www.mazdaformance.com for $5.xx each (turned out to be platinum plugs, which generally retail for >$8 each) .. I also picked up an oil filter from them for $3-something.

everywhere should have them. Stock NGK plugs go for about $5.00. Kragen, GrandAuto, PepBoys, or most places should have them.

I am not sure is there is a global auto parts in your area, but thats where I get mine for my cars and bike.

I could not find the right RX plugs at autozone, or kragen in this area. I think NGK are great plugs, but I also have no problem buying nipondenso plugs they seem just as good to me. and are listed in most mazda service manual's if you store does not have NGK's ask them to cross check the ND numbers.
