Question Is there a Difference

Well i was wondering could i use a n'a Mass air flow sensor on a t2 or do i have to get the t2 mafs?

im thinking that there is, a difference i mean...

i could be wrong, maybe something to do with how the plug is wired. you may need to re-pin the connector to make it work.

once again, not claiming to be right, but that is what seems like to me.

1) it is an airflow meter(AFM)
2) T2 and n/a have different AFMs with different spring rates
3) putting an n/a AFM on a TII will result in it running richer
4) an n/a AFM will max out much sooner on an TII than a TII AFM would because of the different spring rates, if you are modifying the engine this can be of concern
5) installing a TII AFM on an n/a will cause it to run leaner than it normally would
