There is bubbles coming out of the P/S Pump

I replaced the Power Steering pump on my 1989 Rx-7 GTU for the first time. when I cold started the engine, Power Steering fluid (ATF) started bubbling out of where I add the fluid. I turned off the car and started the engine again two more times couple minutes apart. There was not that much bubbles the last time I started the engine. I did not flush the whole system out, so I was wondering if that was the issue. If anyone knows what the bubbling means I would appreciate it, thanks.

You will need to bleed the air out of the system. Its normal for the fluid to foam if there is a ton of air in the system. Let it sit long enough for the foam to settle and then attempt to bleed it once again. You will want to turn the wheel lock to lock to push the fluid through the system and work out the air.
