ahhh the misfiring systems, good for acceleration especially in corners and bad for the turbo and the exhaust system.

I have seen it on a haltech powered car. But from what I have read in articles about misfiring systems is that they kill your turbo really fast. This isn't meant for a street car.

yeh im not so interested in the misfiring system... but all the other stuff is awesome. plus, they say that their misfiring system is not very aggressive and is safe for the turbo on street cars, but i need more explanation from them about that...

what it does is that when u brake or when revs go down it retards your timing causing unburned fuel to go into your exhaust/turbo manifold and creates an explosion causing your turbo's to spin. and yeah constant explosions in your turbo and exhaust will eat it away quick.

While we don't provide a full-on WRC style antilag system, we do provide a very effective drag style system that operates at the line and during those hard power shifts you make down the track. This helps to quickly spool the turbo for those pesky pro-trees and keep the turbo spooled in between shifts. Combined with the no-lift-to-shift feature, this can have a dramatic impact on 1/4 mile times.

Anyone can go fast in a straight line eh?

yeah I know what it does, but according to them it is relatively safe for the car and does not blow out your turbo. im curious how it keeps the turbo spooled like that without it damaging the turbo

either way you are going to break something, you could always just power shift haha, but that is bad on the clutch and tranny. Oh well.

Sounds like you're talking about "anti lag". Timing is retarded about 30 degrees so that much of your combustion is taking place in the manifold/turbo.

Easy to impliment with any aftermarket ECU, a little more difficult with the stock (would take some electronics knowledge...easily done with a microcontroller delaying signals to the coils).
