I just want to say thanks to everyone who has helped me figure out my coolant problem, if it wouldn't be for this site I may have given up on my car. But you guys have given me some information that may have turned the light on at the end of the tunnel.

uuhhhhh...so what is the root cause????

 

It was extreme mixing of my oil/coolant, the solution is hopefully the front freeze out plugs. I will know in the next couple days as I tear the front of the engine.
