OK so I've been having a terrible time with my car. It's sad because I had a new engine installed at the beginning of the summer. but anyways, I have a terrible exhaust leak... and It's really loud. It sounds like a metal smacking, like when cars pull up next to me I acn hear it reverberating off of their car. What could this be. any info would be awesome.

 

you just answered your own question, its an exhuast leak, if it sounds like metal smaking than on of the exhaust shields might be loose or something, get under the car and feel for exhuat coming out anywere but the back........
