temp guage stopped working

temp guage stopped working

my temp guage recently kicked the bucket and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how i shouold go about fixing it. also my car is running so rich and i'm not sure what to do. its an 87 turbo with full exhaust, 3 inch TID, S% turbo. any help i appreciated

Did you change oil recently? The sender is under the oil filter, next to the 'mushroom', and can come off or break. Check the wire and connection, then start looking at the gauge itself.

bang on your dash lightly. lol mine got stuck after puting guages in banged on it out of frustration and not it works

check the big yellow harness plug by the ECU just in case. It could have gotten disconnected...That's what my problem was.
