Temp guage reads hot instantly, no tac, no oil pressure

ok so I installed my s5 turbo cluster into the car and as far as i can tell none of the guages work. The temp gauge jumps to hot as soon as I turn on the key. The tac does nothing and the oil pressure does nothing. Also no reverse lights either. I know there was something to do w/ the transmission and the gauges but I have no idea if this has anything to do w/ that. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and fixed it. I tried searching but I didn't find this specific case.

The wires in dash and guage cluster are different between s4 and s5 even though the connectors are the same
