Temp Gauge Not Working...HELP!!!

Ok as simple as this probably is my temp gauge on my GTU is not working and I cannot find where the issue is. I am under the assumption it is the Temp Sending Unit that is not sending a signal to the Temp Gauge. Can anyone give a helping hand to a lost soul?

Where should I be looking since the cluster is working in regards all other gauges...?

What should I be looking for to be wrong...?

How do I go about correcting the issue...?

ThanX,
Dustin

Yea its plugged in... The shell is broken up but it's still plugged in. Is there a way to re-route or re-configure the wires to make this thing work? LOL

The sender is only like $20, spend the money and fix it instead of micky mousing it

Right I hear you on that one my only concern is this... How do I know it's the sender itself? If it's crappy wiring then what should I look for? I don't wanna start tearin stuff apart and then be stuck trying to figure out how to rewire crap...
