temp gauge not working

Last night my temp gauge just suddenly stoped working... Its not even showing up at any temp, just like a cold engine, and my blower blows warm air and stuff. What do you think it is?

Most likely the wire's fallen off the sensor. It's on the rear plate under the oil filter and has a yellow wire with a black stripe. Look just up and back from the rear trailing spark plug. It's quite small; don't get confused with the oil pressure sensor which is a much bigger sender nearby and has a yellow wire with a red stripe. If you have a Haynes manual there's a really good pic of the temp gauge sender on page 106.
