I have 3 s5 engine wiring harness that accedently got thrown torether.
One of them is a turbo harness.
Is their any quick and easy way to tell the differance between the tubo and N/A harness?

Find the one with a knock sensor plug, or compare the emissions solenoid plug colors.
S5 NA plug colors:
Orange
Gray
Blue
Brown
White
S5 turbo plug colors:
Orange
Gray
Blue
Green? (turbo duty solenoid)
