Tech Q. about coil tach wire..
Ok.. Up near the leading coil is a wire sticking out, that can be used to drive a tach, right? I need to know some specs on this wire.. Does it put out a square wave? Peaking at 12V? How much current can it source? Is the duration of the pulse equal to the duration of the spark?
Thanks!

Mm.. maybe a bit.. It seems that the tach wire will probably pulse twice as often as I need it too....but that's not a big deal.. I'll take an A/C voltmeter to it later tonight..
