Question TB mod question

I've searched and searched, but came up with nothing, could someone help me out? I was wondering what the tb mod actually does as far as performance wise. If it does, what are the real gains. I got the write up from fc3s-pro, but that is for a turbo. Is it basically the same for an 87 n/a.

Your better off to just simply remove the Secondary Plates rather than that and the Cold Start. You'll notice better torque but thats about It.
