TB mod.....need help with idle!!!

I just did the tb mod on my 89 GTU. Now I have to sit in my driveway for almost 4 min. until it warms up! Ive messed with the idle but that doesnt help.....I need some suggestions.

same here ..and sometimes when driving and push the clutch in it acts like it wants to die every once and a while.
