it has a sun roof that went bad and the area im in its hard to find a replacement

If you have to ask then no. Thats how Rx7club works. You dont ask questions like that. You just quietly do your research, make another rare FC targa if you have the time and money and get your 10 minutes of fame. Or not.

targas have way too much flex... I hate the feeling of my del-sol with the top off...

Buy a Mark III Supra Targa. Or better yet, just buy a 'vert of some kind.

it just doesnt look right and flexes so much. the roof is a major structure when it comes to unibodies.
