Tap and thread of manual shifter

Just curious.

Heres an idea:

Take the auto shifter, mount a metal dowel into it. Tap the dowel out to the manual shift stick and mount it up. Wire up the hold switch to something useful... say starter cut out, amplifier remote, eletronic fan, eletronic 6 ports, ect.

Do you want the factory thread pitch? IIRC it is 12X 1.25...kinda a funky size.

That is only the S3 and S4.

The S5 89-91 and up use the 10mm one
