tanabe or blitz nur spec muffler?
im looking to do a 3inch custom exhaust no cat system. and im trying to decide on a muffler to use. thinking either tanabe universal racing medalion or blitz nur spec universal...maybe hks hiper? anybody have any experiances with these or other universal mufflers? i want something that just wont be outrageously loud but good flow. i dont mind a lil loud...but i dont wanna get pulled over too often either.

I would go for NurSpec. It has a very deep and rich tone to it which I love. I had it one my Supra so I don't know what it'll sound like on an FC though. But I don't think you can go wrong with NurSpec

Post count is over rated
the bur spec can is really loud on a turbo rotary, the hks hiper is a better sounding muffler, the tanabe is also good but its a more higher pitcher airplane sound.

Blitz's build quality is among the industrys best. Tanabe has some quality stuff, but not as vast and abundant as blitz. blitz's also tend to have a deeper sound to them although ive never heard them on a 7 either

I will post a sound clip of my car with Tanabe catback tonight
The Tanabe exhaust has always had a reputation of having the best exhaust note-- least amount of resonation.
