Takumi Project wheels/feedback *PICS*

I recently bought some older Volks from Takumi Project (www.takumiproject.com). They came shipped w/Falken ZE512's. I'm happy w/the wheels and wanted to tell all of you that they have some of the best customer service I have experienced.

I talked and emailed w/Mas multiple times over a span of about a month. Any questions on offset, weight, etc...were replied promptly. He even suggested a different offset from what I wanted because he had similar wheels on another FC and they fit better w/the offset he suggested. (He was right)

I was on vacation when I spotted the wheels and he was willing to take the wheels off the market for me even though I couldn't pay for them right then. I gave him my card # and he said to email him when it was OK to run it. He even held on to them and shipped them out so that they would arrive a few days after I got home.

Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rare JDM wheels. Here are some pics.

Ah, god damn you!

I saw them back in December, and I called as soon as I saw them. He told me that they sold a few days earlier.

So it was you! *kills*

Anyways, glad someone else from 7club got them. How's the fitment and everything, out of curiousity?

Also, takumiproject is an awesome company. The guy I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice, I was very impressed!

Damn, I'm happy I gave him my card # or it would've been me saying "god damn you!!!!"

The fitment is almost perfect. I think I wanna go out just a little bit more. Right now it's +35F and +21R. I think it would look a lot a better at ~+27F and +16R.

I got 225/45's all around and they're just ever so slightly tucked in.

And yeah, Mas over there is very friendly and extremely helpful.

I stumbled upon that site some time ago. I think it was about the time those wheels were up there too.
Nice to see feedback on them.

Those look great on your car too.

Thanks, I wanted to get something that was kinda rare. I didn't wanna see my wheels everywhere I drove. Anyway, I'm happy w/them and recommend Takumi to anyone.
