Taking off the front bumper (Slight Problem)

Okay, I made a thread a little while ago about taking off my front bumper, I found all the screws, only thing is this, the 2-3 bolts behing the plastic mud-guard thing, that attaches the fender to the front bumper are hard to get to because of the wheels, thing is, I don't have a hydraulic jack, I have a regular jack, I could lift up one side of the car, take of the wheel, take off the nuts, put it down, repeat on the other side... but is there a shorter way to do this or another way to get to the bolts? Thanks.

You can get to a few if you take off the black plastic around the headlight and have them raised up but that depends on how large or small your forearms are.

Other than that you can remove some of the plastic parts on the underside of the car and you can reach up through the bottom.
