when i turn on my headlights the fuse for the tail lights and dash lights blows. I thought i found the problem in the headlight switch because it was burned but i replaced it and i still have the problem. I'm in the process of tearing my car apart to find the problem so any ideas would help.

 

I also had to replace the short head light wiring harness from the switch the main harness. It is quite cheap from the dealer.

Re-check all your brake light/tail light bulbs. It is possible one or more have melted and is shorting the circuit.
