I got some s5 tail light they work fine, yet when I turn the lights on only the two out side lights come on not all four. when i hit the break all four come on but when i let go on only the two outer round stay on. I checked the bubles all fine so what the deal?

Try replacing the bulbs. Just because they look fine doesn't mean one of the filiments isn't burned out. If that does not help then I'd say a wiring issue
