tail light problem
the driver side top left Break light works Normaly, however when i turn on my drivinglights or Headlights, the Light glow it needs to put off will not work. this is making my "stop" light to come on, ive replaced the bulb and cleand the contacts. same thing.. what could the problem be
i stand correctid... that bulb only recives about 5 volts regardless if the lights are on or if break is aplyd.. only that light :/

PRoblem fixed.... Corroded Ground at Bulb... shoulda Checked that First insted of Tearing the entire Rear of my 7 up 
But its Fixed and i can no longer Be ticketid for that BS <.<
