tail light problem

Question tail light problem

the driver side top left Break light works Normaly, however when i turn on my drivinglights or Headlights, the Light glow it needs to put off will not work. this is making my "stop" light to come on, ive replaced the bulb and cleand the contacts. same thing.. what could the problem be

i stand correctid... that bulb only recives about 5 volts regardless if the lights are on or if break is aplyd.. only that light :/

Could it be the ECU? That would be my next guess.

Check your grounds and wire resistance where the wiring to that light branches off.

PRoblem fixed.... Corroded Ground at Bulb... shoulda Checked that First insted of Tearing the entire Rear of my 7 up But its Fixed and i can no longer Be ticketid for that BS <.<
