Tachometer wont work right.

I cant make head nor tail of the factory manual so I need some help from you guys. I'm not sure if its connected up right. Is the tachometer electric and is it possible that I just havent hooked it up?

Put a new engine in it. The guy before me had a bunch of **** disconnected and there's a wire hanging from under the dash that I have no idea where it goes.

other than the power & grounds, the main wire you need to worry about will be the tach signal input from the trailing coils
