Exclamation T3/T70 TURBO CHARGER+BOOST CONTROLLER For only 260$?

I was looking around on ebay today and came a cross this item. JDM TURBO BOOST CONTROLLER. I just copyed a piece and posted it bellow. Item number Item number: 250237070840 on ebay.

From the posting on ebay:

wastegate springs, which only give a fixed increase, which is not adjustable, a boost controller will be the most cost effective solution.

Allows adjustable boost psi settings, light weight design to be mount under the hood. Hardware is included.

All Hardware is included.

JDM T70 TURBOCHARGER

Brand new condition never try to use

Stage-3 Turbo t70. 60.5 - Compressor Wheel.

64.5 Shaft & Wheel, 70 A/R Compressor Housing. (12-22PSi).

CNC Machined Flanges 4Bolt Designed fit most After market Mainfold.

Designed Usable for internal Gate Applaction. And/Or Use A T4 & T70 With An Internal Actuator . (4" inlet air flow).

How can they sell an Item so cheap? Is this just a piece crap from some poor country? Even if it was how bad could it be for $300 bucks? Im not really thinking about buying it but I'd like to know more about what you guys think...

Is that just a starting bid or buy it now? Also, the title reads boost controller and says nothing of a turbocharger. I don't know much about ebay scams, but you'd think if they were trying to sell a turbocharger in the deal they would title it accordingly...

used turbo and boost controller should be in the $450-600 range..no way it can be legit. maybe a manual shitty controller with a turbo that has massive shaft play and seals are gone..go by the "if it is probally to good to be true it probally is" quote

One thing that I am always re-learning with buying used car parts.

Well that was imformative. Has anyone used any of these made in china craps? I guess they don't even have ball bearings hu? Lol for a brand new one Im curious how they perform. I mean how bad could they really be? With some of them going at 160$ each brand new I could replace it every year! lol

The problem isn't a turbo breaking. The problem is when the turbo breaks and shoots **** into your engine.
