T3 Exhaust Manifold? or will T4 work?

I'm getting a GT3540R but it has a T3 inlet flange, I can't find any exhaust manifolds for it, does anyone know who sells them? Or will it fit on a super T4 manifold?

There are t4 turbine housings available for them. What is a Super t4 manifold?

I make manifolds for T4 turbos if you're interested:
